Our hybrid compassionate retreat is designed to help us step back and treat ourselves with the same care that we often show for our clients.
We tend to overlook our own needs in our hectic lives, therefore this is a space to come together and practice self-compassion in a safe, curious space. It will involve group discussion, looking at the science behind self-compassion and why it’s so necessary for our well-being and what makes it difficult, as well as delving into mindfulness practices/techniques to help us cultivate more kindness for ourselves in tough times.

Understand how self-compassion can build resilience against compassion fatigue and burnout
Increase understanding of what makes self-compassion difficult and approaching with care
Tools to help cultivate and enhance self compassion
